YKVN new partner and counsel promotion

YKVN is pleased to announce the promotion of three partners and one counsel. Vu Dieu Huyen is the new partner based in Hanoi while Nguyen Hong Ha and Nguyen Van Hai are the new partners based in Ho Chi Minh City. Also based in Ho Chi Minh City is new counsel Ho Anh Tuyet.

New partners

Vu Dieu Huyen (Hanoi)

Huyen has been with YKVN since graduating from law school in Hanoi.  Huyen is well recognized for her work in financing transactions and M&A transactions in the banking sector.

She is very active in the bank & finance sector where she represents the four State-owned banks, leading private banks and international banks operating in Vietnam.

Nguyen Hong Ha  (Ho Chi Minh City)

Ha has been with YKVN since graduating from law school in Ho Chi Minh City.  Through his broad experience in cross-border commercial disputes, Ha has represented Vietnamese parties or foreign parties doing business in Vietnam, whether through litigation or VIAC arbitration in Vietnam.

Nguyen Van Hai  (Ho Chi Minh City)

A graduate of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Hai joined YKVN in 2018 from Mayer Brown, Ho Chi Minh City.  His practice focuses on M&A, private equity, capital markets and financing transactions, especially in the energy sector.

New counsel 

Ho Anh Tuyet (Ho Chi Minh City)

Tuyet has been with YKVN since graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law.  She is a corporate lawyer with broad experience in commercial and investment transactions.
