IFLR Vietnam National Law Firm for the 12th time

We are proud to announce that YKVN has been named Vietnam Firm of the Year at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023.  

This is the 12th time YKVN is recognized as Vietnam Law Firm of the Year by IFLR. 

YKVN has also participated in several transactions that have been shortlisted for the Deal of the Year Awards, including: 

• Vingroup exchangeable bonds (shortlisted for Debt and Equity-linked Deal of the Year);  
• CVC Capital Partners / Phuong Chau (shortlisted for Private Equity Deal of the Year); and 
• Tra Vinh V1-2 Offshore Wind Power Plant (shortlisted for Project Finance Deal of the Year).

The awards ceremony was held in Singapore on March 22, 2023.
