Judicial Independence in the Vietnam Code of Ethics and Professional Conducts for Judges

Experience of various transformed economies in the former Soviet countries , some Asian and Latin American countries in the 90s and the beginning of the 21st century shows that economic development success is not only resulted from the reformed economic policies, market open and integration but also subject to the judicial renovation effort toward promotion of judicial independence an prosecution.
